Today is tough. My biggest downfall is junkfood laying around. Some days, it is SO hard to resist it. Today, it's Taylor's left over birthday donuts and birthday cake. I put the cake in the oven, which really is all I need - just get it out of my sight and then usually I can forget about it. The donuts, I keep saying "ONE bite." - I have said that six times. Time to toss those in the oven too. Or how about the trash?! There are only a couple left anyway.

Also, I should be coming home from the gym about now. I am so much better when I know someone is counting on me to go. Today my work out partner Lisa, couldn't make it - too much going on. That is too perfect for me to think of all the things I can be getting done also. The day is far from over. I can still get a work out in. I know I always feel 100% better when I do - should be easier to just go. Besides, tonight is my favorite show, "The Biggest Loser" and I always feel SO guilty and yucky if I haven't worked out that day while I watch it!

Tracy:
You are so awesome! Wow! I am so inspired by your efforts to do this. I am so honored to be on your list. I know you can do this, the more you stick to it the better you will feel and the easier it will become. As you start exercising because you need that "me" time instead of thinking of it as a way to loose weight you'll notice you'll start to enjoy the workouts.
YOU ARE AWESOME~! Way to go on the 4 pounds so far! Just think, you are already not at that 164 anymore! It's not a set point for you! WooHoo!
Love ya tracy, Misty
What is a female stud? Whatever it is called - you are it! You can do it! Get rid of those donuts, though, they are the devil in disguise.

Tracy,
Although my attempts at a call have not been successful, please know how much I am rooting for you and sending you the best vibes possible! When I read your posts, the first thing that came to my mind was the chorus to a song: "Beautiful" by Christina Aquilera (sp?) - ok, so I'm not a regular fan of hers, but that song has stuck in my head since I first heard it. Above all, Tracy, just remember that you are, and will always be, BEAUTIFUL - and remember that with each day and each pound that you WILL shed. Your beauty will always remain intact - just keep remembering that - because your true beauty comes from the light within you! Which you have!!! Sending lots of love and encouragement your way (and wishing I could be by your side at the gym - I'd love the motivation too!)
And if I ever do get ahold of you, I'll pass along the info I was trying to reach you about -
'Till then, much love!
Naked is really starting to get to be absolutely NO fun anymore. LOL Let alone thinking about the Summer and trying to hide the sag in a bathingsuit!! Tracy, you can SO do this. You really really can. Thanks for blogging and getting the motivation out there.
Tracy,
I have NO doubt in my mind that you are going to make your goal. I think you are doing all the right things with exercising, not eating after dinner, and keeping yourself accountable. One thing I would add is that when you have a "bad" day and don't do those things (which is normal to happen), don't get down on yourself. Start fresh and get back with the routine the next day. You are beautiful on the inside and out already, but I know this will make you feel healthier and happier.
