Work Out Songs

Hey everybody, what are some songs that really get you "pumped"? The end of that elliptical session can be brutal, but when a good song comes on the ipod - it totally gets me through! (By the way, I'm up to 45 minutes now - wha-hoo!) So, I know there are thousands of great workout songs - do you have any good suggestions?

Christina Aguilera's "Ain't No Other Man" is one that always helps me. I don't have much right now, I'm burnt out on my workout music. I'll let you know any others that I think of though! Music makes such a difference!

Tracy...you are amazing! How real and genuine you are about yourself and where you are in life. So many of us can truly appreciate such honestly but are afraid or uncapable of reciprocating - myself included. You're awesome :) I am so excited for you - I am cheering for you. We know that you CAN!

That's another bad thing about you guys being so far away. I never get to see neat people like Bernie and Karen anymore. (Hi Perkins family!) And Tracy, keep it up! YOU CAN!

I get bored running sometimes, but I love it if I have books on CD downloaded to my iPod or This American Life podcasts.

Way to go...you're so brave to do this!!!

Tracy - Thanks for inviting me to be a part of your blog and your weight loss journey. Your honesty is such a great example to me. Fear is only as powerful as we allow it to be...and you motivate me to do better! Keep up the great effort. We love you no matter what the weekly number is.

I like Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Black Eyed Peas, & Christina Aguilerato get me through my work outs. I've got a lot of music if you want to come over and burn a disc. Come on over we can make you a sweet mix. You'll keep goin' on that elliptical and not want to stop 'cause you're rockin' to your tunes!! :)
Love ya,
Nikki
